Yeah...it feels just like 1978 and we all know how that turned out (Bucky Bleepin' Dent).
But, y'see...the Red Sox broke through already...they won their World Series. When it comes to lovable losers we'll always have the U.S. Soccer Team (and possibly the Cubs).
